Any recommendations on size and price? Is there an internet site that sells them? I have a front blade and we don't get too much snow so I thought if I could pick up a rear mount for not too much I might pull the trigger on one. thanks

Most importantly, get one a couple inches wider than your rear tires. With 29 hp you shoulldn't have much trouble running a 5 footer if that's what you find. Since you have a 2920, and Kubota sells such a nice front mounted blower....... that's what I'm going to recommend. If you get enough snowfall to justify a blower, the front mount rocks ! :licking:

With your B2920 you could run a 64" with ease, Rad makes a great heavy duty 3 point snow blower. Price around here( upstate N.Y.) is around $2300.You might try to look at Craigs List or Want Adds for a good used one. Try to look for a large second stage fan with 4 blades as they blow snow the best. Can't tell your location, you need to fill out your profile so members can give you good answers based on where you live.

It will cost you between $1500 (used if your lucky) and $2500 (new) though I did buy a new Frontier 64" for $2100. Nicely built blower as are the Kubota rear units.

You will want a blower that is 60+ inches wide.

Good luck with your purchase.

You could run a 5ft or so width as it was said before, but if you don't get too much snow it may not be much of an improvement over the front blade. Snowblowers really shine when the snow gets deeper let's say 8-10" or more, especially in areas where you might run out of space to push the snow. If the snow is not really deep you might even finish the job faster with the front blade.
In the early Winter I don't put my snowblower on I just use a 6ft rear blade and start using the snowblower after the ground freezes and snowfall gets heavier.
