I finally got my new FEL forks welded, primed and painted. I purchased the quick attach plate from ebay and then had a friend who owns a welding shop put together the cross members and the brick guard. I then cleaned it all up and gave it 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Kubota orange paint.
I found the 42" forks on Craig's List. They were in pretty good shape, although some of the black paint seems to be chipping off. Looked like they were green before they were painted. Since that just won't do on my new Kubota, I am thinking about having them sand blasted and then painting them a nice Kubota gray. That should look real nice.
