Transaxle Service Manual for a Sears Suburban 12 and 10

Excellent In All Respects

This was built when Sears built great equipment. I had an acre garden and a 2 acre yard. I used the bottom plow and all other equipment. This tractor still cranks instantly and runs like it did when it was purchased,

Sears Suburban with a NEW 10 hp Diesel Engine
Model Year: 1970
Just got this a few weeks ago for the purpose of installing a 10 hp diesel engine in it. I have several garden tractors but they all have vertical shaft engines. We have a couple of small diesel generators where I work and I am very impressed with the engines on them. I thought one of these engines would be GREAT on a small tractor, so I bought the tractor on ebay then ordered a new 10 hp diesel engine and Ag Tires etc., from ebay as well. Most of my parts have arrived and I have started work on the transformation.
Pros: Very heavy frame, 12" rear tires, 8 speed transmission.
Cons: Was not stored inside, lots of rust kill work ahead for me.
