I have a Kubota L3300 4X4 manual transmission. In the past 5 years it has perform outstandingly. The only disadvantage that I have found is that the front loader (bucket) is not built reinforced steel and it gives easily.

Pros: Rugged.
Cons: Bucket not sturdy.

I only have 11 hours, but I have found so many uses for the loader. My experience has been very good so far.

Pros: Right size, cranks instantly, easy to use.
Cons: Price.

This has been a great tractor. The loader is an LA480 and it isnt great but it works. It would be nice if it has hydraulic remotes.

Pros: Very tough.
Cons: Needs better hydraulics.

This is a workhorse of a tractor, reliable, as are all Kubotas. I bought this used from a garden center that used it to load bark mulch, so there is some wear and tear on the loader, but otherwise it is pretty sound. It has plenty of power for my 66 inch JD tiller, and pulls a two bottom plow and 7 foot harrow easily. It starts reliably and has no mechanical problems in the five years I have owned it. If you can find one of these up used, you can get a great tractor for a good price.

Pros: Reliable & powerful.
Cons: The plastic body parts that get broken.
