2810 clutch

I have a century 2028 and with about 700 hours noticed the clutch was slipping. Adjusted the clutch and clutch reengaged but I have little trust that this will be a longterm solution. Reading this post, and knowing that my tractor has not been mistreated, I may not try to fix this. Had twenty good years from this machine.

I've never replaced a dual stage clutch. Have you checked your pilot bearing for wear? This keeps the input shaft aligned and prevents side to side movement. I almost always use the foot throttle and power down when shifting, this reduces wear on the pilot and throw out bearings.
