If it's hard, you may need a land plane and follow it with a drag harrow or any kind of drag. The land plane will get it really close but then I have a drag harrow to go behind for the final grade. I just ordered this also. to follow the land plane.

That's a big garden/field. I wouldn't want to do it for less than $200. I really don't know how long that would take on my 25hp with 5' tiller. Probably at least an hour maybe longer, to hit it both directions. Yeah, I would want at least $200 for that.

For the record, I switched my vote to no. Banning a member should be used for people who attack others regularly. This drives people away. I don't know anyone on this site that currently does that. Contrarionism can be ignored. Just my opinion.
