Loader Correct o-ring size for loader quick coupler

OK, I now have some of the o-rings specified by Parker. But I am confused. I have three attachments that connect to this tractor via the four male ISO 7241B connection points. All three attachments connect and work well. However, when I compare the o-rings among the three, the o-rings are not...

Loader Correct o-ring size for loader quick coupler

Well, those dimensions were wrong. I pulled a good one for comparison and it is a hair thicker. Must be metric. I'll see if I can visually match it at the hardware store. Napa didn't have anything close.

Loader  Correct o-ring size for loader quick coupler

Or Kubota LX2610's LA535 loader needs a new o-ring in the 1/4 in Parker 60 series female quick coupler. As far as I can tell, it is a 11/16 x 9/16 x 1/16 o-ring. Can anyone confirm this; most hydraulic sites don't list the actual dimensions. Thanks

Need advice on pin hole in steel hydraulic line JD 755

The 5,000 PSI $15 Parker Ferulok 1/2" union is in place and holding. One end is near a bend and I'm not absolutely sure the pipe is bottomed out against the internal stop, but there are no leaks.

Ended up with a Parker Ferulok. Hope I can meet the exacting preparation standards they say these things say require.

Yes, and anti-galling lubricants. I have on hand some copper anti-seize and Permatex PTFE based sealant. Non-copper is recommended, but it says "stainless steel' on the bottle. I'll have to cut out about 1/2" of the steel tubing, and from drawings I think 2 fully inserted tubes only leaves a...

    I'm heading for a swagelock 1/2" x 1/2" steel union.

Yes, I'm looking for 'high pressure' one as opposed to brass plumbing/fuel line ones.

I'll check NAPA for a better 1/2 x 1/2 compression union than a hardware store one.

If were just a pin hole, maybe, but there is a large scooped out area that the pin hole is in the middle of. I'm beginning to entertain the idea of a hardware store brass 1/2 x 1/2 compression union.

Still, JB Weld is probably not the answer!

I wondered about that. The oil more oozed continuously out of the pin hole rather that shot like a stream.

Thanks. I was wondering what type of pressure we were dealing with.

I have a Deere 755 compact tractor and there is a wear spot and a pin hole in a 5-ft steel suction (return?) line from the oil cooler, which is behind the radiator. The hole is roughly under the seat area and is accessible from underneath. It's fairy low, near a drive shaft protective sleeve. I...

    JD 7 loader mystery part

Thanks for the diagram. Mystery solved. And my guess is that it was just too close to the chrome so they removed it from the design.
