Rough idea of my plan drawn up on solid works by my buddy at work, it's gonna have 4 posts instead of 3 and be 18x30.

    First tree fell today.

Formed up a new slab two weekends ago now waiting on concrete hopefully this Thursday. And then the first tree fell today. I'll attempt to keep this updated but I tend to get sidetracked easily so no promises.

    First tree fell today.

I've been talking about rebuilding my hokey shop for a long time now and I built a bandsaw mill with the intentions of sawing limber from trees on my own place to build with. Tore the crappy POS down two weekends ago, what a blast.

I am tearing down my current cobbled together scrap heap and I have an idea for the slab I wanted to ask opinions on. I would love to put one or mutiple pieces of t-track in the floor to use to bolt down various pieces of equipment for temporary use like a tube bender or router table. Has anyone...

    White Oaked my mower trailer

When I went to get my new mower last week I had to lay a piece of ply down on the deck so the 800lb beast didn't fall through. I fixed that problem today, had some white oak left over from a customer who supplied logs to deck his gooseneck.

4 year project finally up and running

Truthfully it took a 3 year hiatus but never the less I started this sawmill 4 years ago and finally decided to finish it in the last few weeks. It cuts amazingly well I'm super happy with it so far. Only have 10 foot of track built right now so I'm limited to 6' boards but as soon as I can get...
