New 4" trash pump model offers increased performance and volume

Wilmington, NC –May 20, 2009- Lowell Scott Enterprises Inc., who manufactures PTO-powered TrunkPumps®, has announced the arrival of the 4” trash pump model to their line of pumps.  The new TP-4PTR has the same low-maintenance, one-person operation as previous models, but the larger pump appeals to some slightly different market segments.

Farmers, construction companies, municipalities and golf courses use trash pumps for water transfer, irrigation and emergency water management.  Those looking for an innovative alternative to conventional pumping methods will
find the new 4” TrunkPump® with its higher volume output and solids handling capacity a perfect fit.  The new pump will be available through equipment rental stores, agriculture supply stores and through the TrunkPump® dealer network.
